Modalities

I believe that the relationship between the therapist and the client is a critical part of the therapeutic process, I take extra time and care to make sure my clients feel safe and connected during therapy. I maintain an open mind and heart and offer a judgement free space where my clients can be themselves and explore all parts of what makes them who they are. I utilize feminist therapy, client centered therapy, and parts work with clients. I believe playfulness and creativity are an important part of healing - no matter the client's age - so I also like to integrate games, crafts, and other playful activities into therapy as well.
