About Me
Hi! I’m Claire!
I’m an associate marriage and family therapist (#15598) and associate professional clinical counselor (#19806) in California! I identify as queer and neurodivergent and I lived experience with mental illness.
I work with people of all identities and walks of life. I am passionate about working with teens and adults who identify as queer, trans/gender expansive. As someone who discovered their neurodivergence later in life, I love supporting neurodivergent clients (late and self diagnosed included!) through their journeys. Many of my clients are looking for relief from complex trauma (CPTSD) or needing support with life transitions as well.
Before my time at The Nest Counseling Center, I gained specialized training in LGBTQ mental health care, including gender affirming care, at the LGBTQ Center OC. There, I also created and facilitated the Neuroqueer group, a mental health group for queer, neurodivergent adults.

My approach to therapy is honest and genuine. I show up 100% myself every time so that you can do the same. I’m LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming, and I utilize modalities that allow me to serve these populations in a trauma informed way.
